Can I add my own custom content, such as images or music, to the videos created in Myme?
Yes, Myme allows you to import customized content in different formats, such as images, videos, music, texts, and dynamic content to make your videos more personalized and unique.
How much time does it take to create a personalized video on Myme?
The time it takes to create a personalized video on Myme depends on the type of video and the complexity of the edit. However, by starting with our templates, you can create videos in minutes. The generation time of the videos will depend on the number of videos you want to send, but the average time is between a couple of minutes and an hour.
Can I schedule the date to send videos to my clients?
Currently the platform does not allow scheduling the date you are going to send the videos to your clients. We understand that this is a priority for many types of campaigns and therefore we are working to include it as soon as possible. However, you will be able to generate the videos from our platform and import the links to your sending system (CRM or email tool), which will allow you to schedule the date.
How can I measure the success of my video campaigns in Myme?
To measure the success of your video campaigns, Myme provides you with an analytics panel on the platform where you can view your campaign's performance. In this section you can see the total of videos sent, opened, watched, that have generated clicks, a conversion funnel, daily graphs, etc.
How many personalized videos can I create in Myme and what is the storage limit?
The number of personalized videos you can create in Myme depends on the subscription plan you have chosen. Subscription plans vary depending on the number of videos you can create and the available storage space.
Does Myme offer any pre-established templates that I can use?

What languages are available on the Myme platform?
Currently Myme is available in English, Spanish and Latin Spanish. We are working on the incorporation of new languages and actors on the platform.
How can I personalize video messages to cater to different audience segments on Myme?
Through dynamic text content, you can use variable content that will be replaced by the values you provide us at the time of video generation. This way, you can use any information you have stored about your client to create a unique video.
Billing
How can I sign up for a Myme subscription plan?
To subscribe to a plan on our platform, simply register on the platform and once you are in, select the plan you want through the "Upgrade your account" option. Once the payment is completed, you can start enjoying your plan and videos instantly.
What are the payment methods available to purchase a subscription plan on your platform?
We accept payments through the secure online payment system Stripe, which protects your credit card information. Additionally, we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards as payment methods to purchase a subscription plan on our platform.
Can I change my subscription plan after I have signed up?
Yes, you can change your subscription plan at any time. Just log in to your account and select the new plan you wish to sign up for. If the change is to a higher plan, you will be charged the difference immediately. If the change is to a lower plan, you will keep enjoying your current plan until the next billing period.
Is there any kind of long-term contract to use your platform?

By subscribing to our annual plan, you save 30% compared to the monthly plan. Additionally, we give you all the videos of one year at once, so you can use them whenever you want, which allows you greater flexibility.
Do you offer a free version of Myme?
Yes, we offer a free version of Myme. However, the free plan has certain restrictions on the number of videos that can be created and the presence of our watermark on the videos. What happens to my personalized videos if I decide to cancel my subscription plan?
If you decide to cancel your subscription plan, your personalized videos will remain stored on our platform for a limited period of time. After that period, the videos will be deleted from our platform.
